How to give all their attention to children in the group equally?

has been given a set of 6 Children to carry out an Arts And Crafts Activity with them. a number of resources have been provided to choose from. that all children sit around the table and inform them of the activity to be done. Some children become excited and start shouting what colors you want to use, etc. to a particular child, begins to take the resources that it has become so overexcited

Working with children is difficult. They have very short attention span is not easy for them to understand what you want done. For your question, my suggestion would as follows: 1) Before starting work, let them know they can enjoy only if you listen to your instructions first before getting anything done. 2) Divide task into smaller parts. Ask children to complete each part before moving on to the next. For example, you may want the children to pick up paper first before harvesting dyes. 3) Help them help themselves and also by the 'change' work from time to time. Each task should not exceed 15 minutes. Hope it helps!
