How to order toys and find a room?

The same thing happens every year at Christmas at our house. Many of the new and old toys are everywere. I have three children 19mnth child, 3 year old girl and a girl 8yr. What other moms to do with all the toys. We Bratz, Pollio, Barbies, craft stuff, coloring books, etc. How are all? And keep babies from the big kid stuff and baby stuff taking over home?
