Fashion Follies! Bad Women's Clothing

With every great fashion look, there are about 100 bad women's clothing trends.  Sometimes we try to imitate our favourite celebrities but many times, they have their own fashion faux pas.

It can also be increasingly difficult between the line of great fashion, and fashion disasters.  The last thing that you want to be this summer is a fashion disaster.  When it comes to fashion, you should be yourself.  Even if you aren't in line with this year's great fashion styles, it doesn't mean that you will be walking around like a fool.  Sometimes it is better to follow your own instinct, rather than picking up your style from a magazine.

The Spiralling Lady Gaga Effect

If you put anything on your head except for maybe a hat, you are probably going to regret it later on.  Unless you are Lady Gaga, wearing gigantic bows and other headpieces are just not ideal for going down to the milk bar.  Louis Vuitton just came out with Bunny Ears which you stick in your hair and extend about 25 centimetres.  You will most likely be commented on about when Easter is coming this year.  You might see them on the cover of Vogue but this is a fashion trend that is better left to Lady Gaga, than to tarnish your impeccable fashion record.

Jeans: Ripped or Not

Ripped jeans are like a tidal wave, they can be amazing in the distance but up close they are devastating.  This trend floats in and out of the fashion world constantly.  If you really want ripped jeans, why pay an outrageous amount of money for them when you can cut up any pair of the one's you have at home.  People believe that they are sexy and stylish, but the truth is you look like you can't afford a nice pair of jeans.  Most of the time, this style looks awfully trashy, unless they have been done correctly.  Having a little fine rip here and there can be stylish but having puma scratched jeans, really isn't that fashionable and is definitely categorized as bad women's clothing.

Patterned Pants

You wear darker jeans to give off the effect that you are slimmer and you wear patterned pants to show off that you have no shape.  The only problem is that if you have a lot of shape, why give that sexiness up for some frumpy patterned pants?

You will probably look larger in size because of patterned pants.  Parachute pants are another fashion faux pas for many women.  These designs are incredibly comfortable, so you should hang out around the house in these, not go out on dates in these pants.

Footwear That Doesn't Make Sense

When it's hot outside, you should wear a shoe that allows your foot to breathe and when it is cold outside, you should wear a show that protects your foot to keep it warm and toasty.  The two big bad women's clothing trends that are seen all the time are boot sandals and open toe boots.  Boot sandals have the normal flip flop design but then have a thick boot leg that comes up around the ankle.  These sandals are total flops because they make your legs look shorter and are just overall ugly, if you're not a size 6 and 5'10 in height
