Construction Paper Crafts

What are some learning activities & crafts that I can do with my 21 month old.?

I am now a stay at home mom and would like to engage my daughter in more one on one activities. She is pretty smart for her age and knows most of all her letters and their sounds, and is learning her colors. We have an art easle, chalk, crayons, markers, construction paper, toys, ect. Any ideas would be great!

Our daughter is 21 months old, too. She loves to color - most recently, I have been starting a picture and letting her finish it (like, I will make an oval, and ask her to put eyes, nose, mouth, and hair on it). We also have a sticker book similar to the ones in the link at the bottom - they are actual photos, and you have to stick the stickers in the correct place. Some of the pages have shadows of the objects to match them to, some have partial pictures that you have to finish with a sticker, etc. She loves it (and she's surprisingly good at it!). She loves stickers of any kind, really. Play-doh is another favorite of my daughter's. She usually asks me to make a play-dough baby, and she makes a bed and a blanket for it. Sometimes, I cover up her little plastic animals with play-dough, and she guesses which one it is before "unwrapping" it. She is a little obsessed with the Happy Birthday song, so sometimes I make little birthday hats for her animals, and we sing "Happy birthday, dear elephant" or whatever.
She also likes to glue things (I usually put glue in a little cap, and give her a q-tip to spread it with), she loves fingerpaints, and she likes to paint with a paintbrush as well. The possibilities are endless!
We usually incorporate learning into the fun projects as well, like "Can you give the face BLUE eyes?" or I will write some words on a piece of paper, and ask her to circle the one that says Mommy (she usually just scribbles over it!).
