What should I do?

I have years and I work 29 in this stupid craft store, part time without benefits. I have as 21 hours per week. One of these supervisors "who once loved me" is now a total ***** to me. never makes eye contact unless something stupid and angry. tlak finally with the store manager. last week about this and agrees that she was speaking in a tone that t was not correct. yet also defended on some issues, but said he was going to have a talk with her. I go to work today, SAME BS. all micro-me and the same attitude and trash. What should I do? I feel like I'm desperate, I also want a much better job at the same time. I get $ 8.50 per hour I know this has nothing to do with politics, but is the only section where everyone seems to respond. Also I have an associate degree and work before this i played for four years and seven months. I had no relationship with her outside of work, ever!

Spend at least 20 to 25 hours a week to find another job. Ignoring women and focus on a new employer.
