The best way to put a design on shirts, dresses and hats? - Spray paint? The tape? Painting? Thing?

My girlfriend and I are doing the salt and pepper costumes for Halloween. She wears a polyester / cotton dress white (salt) and I am installing a gray shirt (pepper). We need a good way to get the letters "S" and "P" on your dress / shirt, we would like to see something classy and Sophiscated. Any suggestions on what and how to use? Thanks a lot!

There is a wonder product called bass, also called bald .. sp .. It is an iron in the kind of support, cut their letters and then cut the bald / ask under the same form as the letter. Then put the wonder in between the letter and the shirt / dress and iron. The wonder melted and kept in the letters, without seam lines. This is available at Wal-Mart, Craft Stores. fabric stores or anywhere else sell fabric. It is very easy to use and very easy on the wallet. Just be sure to get the iron on type. Sounds like pretty dresses ... PD Some packages of salt and pepper would be fun to give to bring their friends are when out on Halloween.
