How sad that some are so disrespectful to seniors. Some day they will be at that stage of their life.

Tins of nuts (natural not salted) are good for you as is assorted dried fruits. Cheeses and good crackers. How about home made granola to put in yogurt. Spiced nuts, cheese logs or balls, ingredients to make soups layered in glass jars, fancy teas or coffees. Find a cute plate, jar or mug at the dollar store and use it as part of the gift.
