Foam Craft Kits
How I can make 2 pounds of polyurethane foam polyurethane?
I just bought a hot tub and spa. Not have a cover and I have $ 150 to 380 to pay for. That's more than paid for the spa! I have some vinyl and marine industrial sewing machine. I was looking 2-piece kits is poured, and even those are expensive. Why I can not buy the chemicals and mix them myself? It need not be as accurate as the Coast Guard compatible and not carry out a marine vessel. I just need something that will keep you warm without mildewing and these things that are made of.Anybody know what materials and quantity to mix in order to replicate these two kits from? Please do not be stupid and give me useless answers like "Google it" .. Nobody likes that. Otherwise, thanks! That's very helpful thanks. I'll keep trying eBay, but so far all I've found there is more expensive than pour kits.
Sometimes You can find great pieces of it on eBay for a reasonable price. Then, all you have to do is use a little glue Styrofoam (its relatively cheap) to glue the pieces into the desired shape. Cover with vinyl and that's it.
