I talk to myself in my head and dont realize it but its just random sentences?

i talk to myself in my head and dont realize but its just random sentences?
ok so i have noticed that ussually when im gettting ready for school or just like randomly anytime but mostly when im getting ready that i will randomly create sentences in my head things that arent even relevant to anything its not day dreams just random sentences like super random its so weird and i dont understand it its not like i even try for this to happen it just does

we all have that. i know i get the randomness in my head at odd times too, especially when i'm at work in my 'zone'. try writing it down, it may not mean anything at the time but you might find some kind of meaning to it later on or use the randomness in some creative writing. i've came up with a lot of poetry and ideas for my short stories just from the randomness that comes to me.

it's kinda cool having the madd hatter in your brain all the time lol.
