How I can get super skinny arms, legs and a flat stomach?

I especially weight gain in the stomach and when I feel I feel lmao is suffocating me also the legs and arms are getting big to help me lose this fat on me! What are all the tips and suggestions I can give? Hello, you have several hundred muscles in the leg, buttocks, hips, thighs and stomach area.
