Food Party - How to Organize Food fun for young children and control sugar intake

One of the parents many major concern when organizing a children's party is the food and the amount of waste from sugar correctly. We take the attitude that it is a party, does not happen every day, so go nuts with sugary treats. Or is is concerned about the health problems of society today and set a good example with a large amount of nutrients and healthy or a red thing in sight.

Well, before even thinking about what they are, how to think about serving. No matter what food you choose to serve you can at least control the size of the portions of the organization of food in equal portions to even putting it on the table.

As you know, children are used to grasp, so one of my favorite styles of delivery is to food in a target = "_self" party box> or purse. It works very well with younger children who can make sure all gets a bit all instead of little Bobby grab all the chocolate biscuits before anyone else gets a look in. It's also a good way to transport food to a park or elsewhere as carefully packed away and anything can pop in the trunk of the car without disorder.

A brown paper bag works very well, provided that is the guy with the flat base. You can use a gift bag from a craft store or even a small cost basket. I have a collection of these baskets that I picked up for $ 1 in a discount store. I painted all different colors and my friends and I used more.

If using a bag, simply stack all finger food in the top fold and seal with a sticker colors. Type the name of each child in the bag or box too because this method will allow to meet easily to specific dietary needs. With a basket, napkin traditional pop in the base and then fill with candy, snacks, fruit, crunchy mini bags, and a cup cake and so on. Talk about portion control easy!

If you are going to use a table that may still have some control over portions serving food in one sitting and then save when everyone is done. A buffet-style delivery works well with teens, but to leave food on a table party can be a bit uncomfortable with the little fingers around. It also means you can stay in control of who is doing what and not be distracted the disappearance of children who are often left on attacking the French fries ... and eat at the table.

Do not forget to check with parents before the date of any allergies or special dietary needs your child may have. To be on the safe side I always recommend avoiding any with nuts at parties like so many kids these days are allergic
