What is the best paper sleeve, and easy to obtain? Also, what pen?

What you manga artists use? I was looking Copic for feathers. Copic Fountain pen style, MULTILINER, or brush? Also, could someone tell me what the real boom is that the basic sleeve real manga artists use? I also wonder if I can get the manga supplies at any craft store basics, like Michaels.

if you're buying Michaels sleeve supplies, ask for the role of the comic. usually are small because each paper is used for each scene. if not comic role, a good thick paper can be used (like watercolor paper). feathers can also be used to draw manga .. but if you're a beginner i suggest you use a pen technology available to practice (do not buy the "real" technical pens, as rotring cost more). these also come in several points, I suggest you use 0.3, 0.5 and 0.8.
