Re-doing environment, in a feminine feel but not kiddish?

I'm in the process of painting my room in Valspar Salmon bisque and I have a floral bedset Steve Madden. I can not really get new furniture, but I was wondering what kind of cute little things he could do to give a good feel.I was thinking getting a bit of paper hanging lanterns, is not really vintage or floral, but I like it. try some nice themes that wall decals can easily follow ... or change the display of your light, if you have one, even paint his own paintings to put on the walls ... May also consider book ends, pen cups, holders of the journal, or something like that is jewelry, mirrors, etc.
